Reading construction drawings, measuring and pricing scope, preparing shop drawings and models, and putting bid packages together for contractors in the United States. You will work in the same software the industry runs on.

Yes, within a role-based allowance. Work-from-home days are requested and approved through our HR portal, and how many you get depends on your role.

Progression is structured rather than ad hoc. There is a defined ladder from junior coordinator through to Senior Project Manager, and each step up is earned on performance against a set evaluation, so you always know what the next role expects. Salaries are reviewed annually.
